  • How does the laundry delivery service work?

    Our laundry delivery service involves picking up your dirty laundry from your preferred location, cleaning it according to your specifications, and then delivering the clean, folded laundry back to you. To use our service, simply schedule a pickup and delivery time on our website, and we'll take care of the rest.

  • What types of laundry do you accept?

    We accept all types of laundry, including regular clothing, bedding, towels, and delicate items. However, we kindly request that you separate your laundry into different bags according to their care instructions (e.g., whites, colors, and delicates) before pickup.

  • How much does it cost?

    We charge a flat fee of $1.95 per pound of dry laundry. After we pick up your order we bring it back into our facility and weigh it. You will receive a message from us with your estimated charges based on the dry weight.

  • What is your turnaround time?

    Usually we turn your order around in 24 hours. Sometimes due to a large number of orders, it may take up to 48 hours to fully process your order. Also, if you have items that have to be hang dried it may take longer to fully dry those items.

  • How do I communicate any special instructions for my laundry?

    When scheduling your pickup, you'll have the opportunity to include any special instructions for your laundry, such as specific stain treatments, fabric softener preferences, or folding requests. Our team will review and follow these instructions to ensure your laundry is cared for according to your preferences.

  • What should I place my laundry in before you pick it up?

    It is basically up to you! We will pick it up in bags or laundry baskets or any other suitable container.

  • Do I have to be home for a pick-up or delivery

    You do not have to be home for a pick-up or delivery. In this case, simply designate your pick up time as 'I will leave outside' and we will take it from there. You can use the notes section to specify the exact location of the laundry.

  • Can I track the status of my laundry order?

    Yes, you can track the status of your laundry order through our website. Simply log in to your account and view your current order to see its progress, from pickup to washing and delivery. You will also recieve certain text messages on your phone informing you about the status of your order.

  • What kind of detergents do you use? Can I give you my preference?

    By default we use Tide and Downy to clean you clothes. You can always let us know your prefernces via the notes section when you place your order. We can use unscented detergents if you prefer. Just let us know!

  • Do you have a minimum order requirements?

    Our minimum order requirement is $30.00. And we pick-up and deliver for FREE!
